Praveen has nearly 3 decades of global experience (USA, UK, Europe, Japan & South Africa) in the Information Technology industry and has rich experience in Global Delivery, Program/Project Management, design, development, validation and implementation of various business applications and management information systems. He has extensive experience of client interaction, on-shore and offshore execution medium to large projects using CMMI & ISO processes.

The key responsibilities include:
Setting and Implementing Digital Initiatives: Ensured relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution. Serving as a Cross-Functional Change Agent: Lead and integrated in the digital transformation process, rolled-out digital initiatives and capabilities, fully integrating business and technology, and closing digital performance gaps that exist in and between the various functions and business units of the organization. Measuring ROI on Digital Projects: Improved customer engagement, driving new revenues and achieving new efficiencies.

He has been responsible for the development of various Solutions/Accelerators which addressed industry pain-points and needs in Banking and Finance domain, Life-Sciences domain, Healthcare domain and Manufacturing & Logistics domain.

He has held positions of Global Delivery Director and India Head. As India Head, he created the Center of Excellence which addressed the industry pain-points by creating various solutions thus enhancing the capability of his team to think ahead of the competition and gaining credibility in the market.

More than 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences domain as India Delivery Head for the Clinical Standards and Data Repository (CDISC /CDR ) & Pharmacovigilance Centre of Excellence. Symogen (India) certified: Pharmacovigilance and Pharmacoepidemiology.
Completed Symogen certification in Pharmacovigilance which is approved by:

• WHO - Uppsala Monitoring Centre
• International Society of Pharmacovigilance
• The Royal College of Physicians, London

Successfully completed ARGUS Safety Suite implementation boot-camp certification.
